Bramley Associates have been working with various groups, such as SeaWatch, Kent Mammal Group and Kent & Medway Biological Records Centre (KMBRC), and ZSL over several years to record the distribution of marine mammals around Kent.

In that time significant records of seal distribution, use of haul out sites and foraging areas for seals has been collected.

This work is ongoing though emphasis post 2008 has been to record the activity of cetaceans around the Kent coastline and within the Thames Estuary.

In 2015 Bramley Associates will be repeating the aerial surveys of the English Channel and Thames Estuary carried out in 2010, 2012, 2013 & 2014.
